Wollaton Park receives the 2023 Green Flag Award and Green Heritage Accreditation. This national award by Keep Britain Tidy recognises & rewards the best parks & green spaces in the country. The Orienteering Course in Wollaton Park was found to be in disrepair. Friends of Wollaton Park teamed up with 124th Nottingham Scouts to survey the markers, identify the missing ones, and asses markers in need of repair.
