A huge thank you goes out to all the volunteers who joined us for “Saturday Conservation” today!
The group focused on essential upkeep for previously planted trees, including weeding to remove competing growth and applying fresh mulch to help retain moisture and nourish the young trees.
In addition to this maintenance, volunteers also began the exciting work of clearing new areas in preparation for future planting.
We also started to clear the final part of the path around the outside of the wall.
